Model 2200 and 2300 Frac Valves
Vault maintains one of the largest inventories of frac valve assets in NAM, OEM valves, bore sizes from 2-9/16” to 7-1/16”, 5K to 15K, dedicated engineering, and field and shop repair technicians. Available for use in toe-prep, frac tree, zipper manifold, and hard-line fluid delivery systems.
Frac Trees, Zipper Manifolds, and Fluid Delivery Equipment
Utilizing Vault’s hydraulic or manifold frac valves, zipper manifolds, frac spools, missile connectors, and more can improve safety, efficiency, and reliability at your frac locations by reducing iron, connection make-ups, trip hazards, high-pressure leaks, and well swap times. Automated Greasing Units and Hydraulic Accumulators

Vault’s new 2-factor digitally controlled accumulators lockout unauthorized users and require a supervisor access code for valve operation, mitigating pressurized shut-ins and wireline cuts.
Hydraulic on Demand (HOD)
Reduce required personnel, safety, time, and cost associated with full-tree swaps. The HOD valve system allows mounted manual (HWO) gate valve field conversion to remote hydraulic (HYD) operation and vice-versa. Vault’s dedicated flow back divisions maintain most equipment needed to support your operations for frac, drill-out, and post-frac flow backs, including manual and hydraulic choke manifolds, 1502 and 602 flowline piping, dual and single barrel plug catchers, sand separators, line heaters, flare stacks, mobile control centers and more.
