Job description

The Customer Support Representative is responsible for coordinating the procurement, assembly, maintenance, distribution, and documentations related to customer property and new sale item inventory.

Essential functions

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Generate work and sales orders for new equipment, ensuring equipment meets customer specification and delivery time
  • Coordinate delivery of field services with appropriate service staff
  • Review quotes to determine equipment needs and prepare Engineer Work Requests (EWR) for part numbers as required
  • Complete Purchase Requisitions to ensure timely receipt of equipment
  • Prepare Customer Property receiving Documents, Work orders and maintenance journals
  • Communicate with the customer as required
  • Adhere to established systems, process, and procedures for New Equipment sales and CP operations at assigned branch
  • Other duties as assigned by management


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years previous customer service sales experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office products and SAP
  • Previous experience with Netsuite and Sideline is desired
  • Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated good organizational skills
